RED FACED

I know I already blogged today- is there even a limit on bloggs per day? This was too funny to wait and I actually down loaded the pic's on my own. Here's the story:
Kirsten got grounded from friends for the day today - they didn't have school which made for a VERY long day for both her and me! Anna went to a friends and I had errands to run so I left Kirst home alone. I told her I would be back in an hour and then we would go grocery shopping. While I was gone she called me 5 times (I missed all five calls, I really need a louder ring tone) so on my way home I checked to make sure everything was all right. She was fine and asked when I would be home. I was practically around the corner so I told her to get ready to go shopping.
I pulled in the garage and ran inside to go to the bathroom. I yelled for Kirst to get in the car with Lilly and I would be right out.
I got into the burb and did a seat belt check by merely calling out "seatbelts?!" And then I put my arm over the back of the passenger seat to look behind me as I backed out and there she was in all of her glory : "WHAT THE?!" The close up is for you to really appreciate the art of the red marker. I asked why her face was red with marker and then handed her a babywipe to get it off! We got to the grocery store and her face was now a red smeared mess and I suddenly became one of those mom's. You know, the mom I would so hastily judge back when I was single thinking "how could she let her child go out like that? give me a break!" Well who cares right?
So as we were checking out I looked her over again and laughed and asked one more time why she did it? And I quote: "I was twying to twick you. I wanted to pwetend that a bad guy bwoke into the house while you were gone and cut me up. I was going to be laying on da floor when you got home but you came in too fast."

And there you have it-I remember being like that as a child. It was always in a "ha see if you ever leave me home alone you pathetic excuse of a mother. Now you can never get me back and all because you left me home alone!" And then there would be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth due to the loss of the favorite child... ME, yah that's right Kristy.

Welcome to the blogging world! Thanks for all you do for Tami. Now we can become friends through the blogging world! The floral arrangement turned out fantastic. Quick question. Do you have any leftover flowers? I was a bad mom and forgot about Kaylee's flowers and they completely went moldy. If you have any extra, i would love one or two.
